Opportunities and requirements for BIBA schemes and facilities

BIBA schemes and facilities are exclusive to members. They add value and provide new opportunities by offering access to products and services that may not otherwise be available to a member. We are always keen to consider new schemes and facilities, either for a particular niche area or for more standard products that have sufficient unique selling points to ensure that the breadth of cover and competitiveness of the premiums remain at the cutting edge. The criteria for BIBA schemes and facilities can be viewed here

If you wish to put forward a proposal for consideration please initially send a short summary to Steve Foulsham and Mike Hallam . All enquiries will be treated in the strictest confidence.
Renewal process for BIBA schemes and facilities

The majority of our schemes and facilities are subject to 3 year contracts.

We always welcome alternative tenders for any scheme which is approaching the end of its contract period. BIBA will endeavour to make members aware of opportunities through its weekly email system, by identifying those schemes whose contracts are due to expire within the next 6 months, together with the deadline for responses. We will also identify such schemes on this section of the BIBA website, along with potential new schemes where we are currently seeking tenders. We would seek to confirm renewal or appoint an alternative provider at least 2 months prior to the contract expiry. This is to ensure that marketing plans may be put in place at the earliest opportunity, particularly if this coincides with the build up to the BIBA conference or other specific marketing opportunities identified by BIBA. Consequently, we would urge members with an interest in tendering for a scheme, to get in touch as soon as possible by contacting:

Mike Hallam, Technical Services Manager on 0207 397 0204 or email
