We can cater for all types of project, large or small, including both residential and commercial properties. With three levels of cover to choose from, our products can be tailored to suit your client’s individual  requirements.

  • Joint Names Policies
  • Non-negligence Insurance Requirements

  • Three levels of cover to choose from, our products can be tailored to
    suit your client’s individual requirements
  • Flexible policy terms (3-36 month terms available)
  • Covers the existing structure, Contract Works and Liability
  • ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) and SIPs (Structured Insulated
    Panels) considered standard construction
  • Two weeks’ additional cover past the expiry date
  • Employers’ Liability available
