My annual travel insurance was due for renewal in January. I am waiting for a hospital appointment in March & the company i was with said they could no longer insure me whilst i was waiting to go to the hospital. They suggested calling BIBA. The lady that answered me was so helpful & understanding of my plight. She put me straight through to another broker who immediately offered me holiday cover. Please do not hesitate to call BIBA. My Daughter required travel insurance, under 16, travelling with another family to the USA and with a medical condition at the time. This generally ticks all the red flag boxes in the insurance world. Trying to navigate these issues online is nearly impossible. One phone call to BIBA and they put me in touch with the right broker who got the insurance sorted without fuss and at a price I thought was very reasonable.
