Working with the ABI, we have updated our Good Practice Guide to Selling Telematics motor insurance to help you sell such cover to your customers.
This guide sets out high-level actions to help insurers and brokers to help consumers understand and trust telematics-based motor insurance. It also sets out actions that will help to ensure that those involved in providing telematics products are complying with the law.
An accompanying consumer factsheet has also been produced which provides information to customers about what they should expect when buying a telematics product.
