The FCA are keen to gather examples of good practice in the way firms are supporting their more vulnerable customers and those who are newly vulnerable due to COVID 19
They are interested to understand more about initiatives and examples of best practice. In particular they are focused on:
- Any initiatives from your members to reach out to and support their vulnerable consumers
- Examples of recent good or innovative practice from across your sector in response to the emergency
This information will be treated in confidence and used to inform their policy thinking.
