The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has further updated its webpage in relation to its High Court test case concerning business interruption (BI) insurance. The update includes an agreed list of issues and common ground which summarises what is and what is not in dispute between the parties involved with the case.
The FCA has also published ten sets of agreed facts, with supporting evidence, which the parties have now agreed and which are necessary to resolve the issues in dispute. As well as a new set of assumed facts.
The trial is taking place over eight days, running from Monday 20th-23rd July 2020, and Monday 27th -30th July
