The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has further updated its webpage in relation to its High Court test case concerning business interruption (BI) insurance. The update includes the FCA’s and intervenor’s skeleton arguments for trial commencing on 20th July 2020, the court’s ruling for the second case management conference on 26th June and the final approved transcript from that conference. Hiscox Insurance Co Ltd has also entered an amended defence.
