The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has updated its webpage dedicated to its business interruption insurance test case in the High Court. A draft transcript of the third day of the court proceedings has been added and members may access the document by clicking here.
The FCA has also published Agreed Facts 3 – Prevalence of Covid-19.
The hearing recommences today in the High Court and runs through until Thursday 30 July 2020.
