FCA provides transcript of sixth day’s proceedings in BI test case

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has updated its webpage dedicated to its business interruption insurance test case in the High Court. A draft transcript of the sixth day of the trial has been added and members may access the document by clicking here.

The hearing continues in the High Court and is due to finish on Thursday 30^th July 2020.
