The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has created a new webpage listing links to dedicated Brexit websites hosted by financial regulators in the European Economic Area (EEA) member states.  The listing, while not exhaustive, provides details of what regulators in the EEA are saying about the UK’s leaving the European Union. Members may access the new webpage by clicking here.

The links in the table will take firms to the external National Competent Authority (NCA) websites.  The FCA said firms that are doing business in the EEA, may also want to check with the relevant EEA regulators whether the authorities in that jurisdiction are planning any transitional measures and/or discuss the implications of any of the schemes listed with them.

Members may wish to consider obtaining their own legal advice before contacting any EEA national regulatory authority.
