The ABI had written to Government about commercial insurance and Government grants to confirm that they have asked their members not to deduct grants from claim payments.
The insurers that have confirmed that they will not deduct the Local Authority Grant, the Small Business Grant and the leisure/Retail/Hospitality grants, or their equivalents in Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, from any Covid-19 claims payments.
