The British Insurance Broker’s Association is to move offices after over 15 years in its current location in Bevis Marks (and 42 years on the road running between Aldgate and Liverpool Street). The move takes place as the lease on its current office reaches expiry.
The Association will relocate on 17 September 2026, to its new home at 24 King William Street, London EC4R 9AT.
Speaking about the change, BIBA CEO Graeme Trudgill explained: “Since moving to our current location in 2009, BIBA and the needs of our members have changed. Our new home will be inside a smaller, modern serviced office which will free up those in the team that got caught up in premises management to focus on what our members need from us. This will be only the fourth location to house BIBA since our original office at Fountain House in Fenchurch Street 49 years ago and it is absolutely the right time for us to take that step.
“We are pleased to have found suitable premises in the heart of the City of London, and I wanted to keep our members and stakeholders informed of our plans. All of the BIBA team is excited to make the move, and we look forward to welcoming members to the new location when the time comes.”
From 17 September, all in-person BIBA meetings will take place at the new office in King William St and of course members are welcome to drop in. Please update your records to ensure all future correspondence is directed to the correct address. Our payment methods remain unchanged.
