BIBA is seeking a new Head of Compliance

How good is your knowledge of insurance broker regulations? How good are you at explaining them? Would you like the opportunity to speak up on behalf of others?

The role

As Head of Compliance you will be part of a small team reporting to the Regulation Director. You will be responsible helping BIBA members with their compliance queries and concerns and to help them have a greater understanding of current and coming regulation. You will also draft responses to regulatory consultations on behalf of the general membership and provide regulatory updated for our website. Being open to travel is a must, as the role includes running compliance forums throughout the UK.

The package

We will pay the right salary and benefits package for the right person.

The person

Attention to detail is essential. You will need excellent communication skills and a strong working knowledge of FCA rules for insurance brokers. You will have to be naturally self-motivating, flexible and comfortable with hybrid working. Be confident, approachable, decisive, diplomatic and bring a ‘can do’ attitude.
