Employers’ Liability available – Where clients are self-managing projects or employing labour only contractors, EL cover can be included so that clients aren’t leaving themselves exposed.
Legal Expenses cover – Up to £100,000 available for residential projects including for disputes with neighbours and contractors.
JCT compliant cover – Including where policies need to be in joint names with the contractor
