Assess is an online training platform which means it is easy to access 24/7. Everyone with a licence can login to the system via a browser on a PC, tablet or mobile phone – no installation required, just login and start training – simple!


As a broker, providing great customer service is based on staff having the appropriate knowledge.   With over 500 courses from something as simple as home insurance to commercial property insurance to the complexities of risk management, Broker Assess, designed by brokers, has it covered.

Broker Assess can also be used as an induction tool for new starters who may have no, or very little, insurance industry experience.  Courses provide a solid foundation and understanding of how insurance works

All questions and learning materials are part of a regular quality review and new content is uploaded when approved.

How to buy

As a BIBA member, the cost of a Broker Assess licence is £75 + VAT per licence – a significant saving from £120 + VAT.

To purchase Broker Assess please complete the Broker Assess sales order form and Account details form below.

Please allow 5 working days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email with your new login details for the live system confirming that your licence has been set up.

The information collated will be retained only by BIBA and their Broker Assess partners and will not be for any other purposes.

BIBA members receive a discounted rate.  Licences are purchased annually with any additional licences added during the year charged at a pro-rata rate.

Staff who should be included are those engaged in the selling and administration of general insurance.


There are no restrictions on how many licences or how often the system is used while still in possession of an active licence.  In fact we recommend that you use the system to run regular refresher tests for staff.
