The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has updated its webpage on the business interruption test case which is seeking to provide legal clarity on claims which have arisen as result of the Coronavirus (Covid-19) pandemic.

They have added details of the directions made by the court at the second case management conference on 26 June 2020 and transcripts of both conferences.  The defendants have also served their defences.  The FCA’s reply, which is the written response to the defences, is due on 3 July.
