The webinar will promote the building of a stress management toolkit to assist self-regulation which is so vital to positive mental health. With a range of tools, comprising physiological and psychological techniques, the purpose is to support individuals in how they manage stress and prevent the distress snowball from gaining momentum. Hayley will conclude by considering the key biological factors, but also the psychological and social factors that influence the health of our brain and the daily good practice necessary for maintaining mental wellbeing.
