AXA extends its Covid-19 unoccupancy definition to 90 days

Temporary business closures have increased the number of unoccupied buildings. These are normally at much higher risk of damage/loss than when occupied, from water damage, arson, theft etc. The standard AXA policies would define a building as unoccupied if empty, or not being fully utilised for business purposes, for a period in excess of 30 days.
