Since 1998 Cunningham Lindsey UK has developed its market-leading valuation service, offering a unique

surveyor-led approach, specialising in building reinstatement valuations for insurance purposes.

We remain the only valuation service to be approved by the British Insurance Brokers' Association (BIBA).

Our clients use our service to offer their customers average waiver guarantees, for periods of up to three years following a valuation.
