One of the major user benefits of the broker ASSESS product is that feedback and comments from users is pooled by a user group and subsequently used in developing the software for the benefit of the user.
To form the user group we enlisted the help of a representative from seven companies currently using the system. These range from the large international to the smaller local broker.
