Cookies and I.P. Addresses
A cookie is a small data file that is sent to your computer from a Web site and is stored on your computer’s hard drive. A cookie file stores a limited amount of data about you (such as your username and password) and allows BIBA to offer services personalized to your interests and to track the number of people who visit different parts of our site. You can set your Web browser to refuse cookies, but your ease of use of the BIBA site will be significantly reduced if you do so.

BIBA also collects IP addresses of those browsing our sites as a complementary way of tracking site usage. We do not track any individual person's activities using IP addresses. Instead, we use this information solely to determine the number of times browsers view a page of our site and to aggregate information that allows us to continuously improve the quality of our Web site.

Email
BIBA is fully committed to only sending you email that you have clearly expressed an interest in receiving. If you wish to unsubscribe from emails sent by BIBA, you may do so at any time by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link that appears in all messages or by visiting our Web site.

We share usage information about recipients of our emails and visitors to our Web site for the purpose of targeting future campaigns and upgrading visitor information used in reporting statistics. For this purpose, we and our third-party email transmission company use pixel tags (also called clear gifs) to note your interaction with our email messages (if you receive messages in html format) and to record some of the pages you visit on our Web site. This information allows us to provide information that is tailored to your needs and interests.

Security
BIBA keeps all personal information in a secure server that is only accessible to designated BIBA employees. We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our site. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.
