The BIBA Compliance Manual is now in its seventh year and has rightly developed into an industry standard.

The BIBA Compliance Manual for 2011 is now available. Among the 96 pages of updates is a new section on the Bribery Act 2010 and an updated Approved Persons' section after changes to the FSA's Controlled Functions which came into effect in May of this year .

For the first time, ALL Templates, Key Learning Points and Actions are provided as separate documents in Microsoft Word or Excel to allow member firms to adapt them and use them more easily in their businesses.
